Expertise and career highlights
Jordan specialises in the mining and economics of battery metals, particularly cobalt and nickel, but he also gathers lithium supply intelligence. He works closely with the battery raw materials team to deliver strategic assignments to clients in the supply chain and to end-users, as well as contributing to SFA (Oxford)’s regular reports.
Jordan graduated from the Camborne School of Mines with an MSc in Mining Geology and a BSc in Geology from Kingston University, London. Before joining SFA (Oxford), Jordan worked as a graduate geologist in Cornwall. In his leisure time, Jordan has represented GB internationally at the Ocean World Kayaking Championships and has won titles in South Africa, Portugal and France.
