Nelsa is a versatile team player and has worked on a variety of projects at SFA (Oxford) across our different teams, utilising her wealth of commodities exposure, metallurgical processing and operations management.
Nelsa joins SFA as a highly experienced precious metals Technical Consultant with 30 years of experience. Prior to establishing Solutions4u, she was Head of Technical for Smelting and Refining at Lonmin in South Africa (now part of Sibanye-Stillwater). Nelsa began her career at Lonmin in 1991 before leaving in 2015 working across many technical and operational roles.
Before joining Lonmin, Nelsa graduated from Rand Afrikaans University and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Nelsa works remotely for SFA and is based in South Africa.
